What Is Wellness and Nutrition Coaching?

As a Wellness and Nutrition Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to define and achieve your personal goals. Rather than teaching, advising, directing, or prescribing what you should do, we will work on what you want to improve, within the circumstances of your unique situation, creating sustainable change for a more purposeful healthier you!


Most approaches
to getting healthy dwell on the “diet” and not on the individual. Instead of creating lists of restrictions with good and bad foods, we create an individualized wellness plan that takes your physical health, emotional health and mental health goals into consideration. I coach and support my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, you will find the changes collectively create an overall healthier you. 

Do you feel “stuck” where you are? Are you living in tune with who you were created to be, or who you believe the world expects you to be? Being authentic comes from a real place deep within. Your authentic self is the you at your absolute core… your soul. It’s the you not defined by your job, function or role.
